What is the Parks and Recreation Refund Policy?
A full refund will be issued for any program that is canceled by Parks & Recreation or if requested 24 hours prior to the start of the program or class.
NO REFUNDS will be given on withdrawals on or after the first day of any program.
There are NO REFUNDS for pool admission in the event of inclement weather or other conditions that require closure of the pool.
How do I know if a game has been canceled?
For game cancellation, plese call the Rain Out Hotline at 970-826-2009. Decisions will not be made until 4:00 PM.
When will I find out about practice times and game schedules?
Your child's coach will call you approximately 2 weeks after the registration deadline and provide practice dates, times and locations. The coaches will provide game schedules on the first day of practice. For indoor sports, games and practices are listed on Team Sideline. For outdoor sports, only games are listed.
What if I don't hear from my child's coach?
Please notify Craig Parks & Recreation at 970-826-2004.
Please make sure your contact information is up to date when you register your child.
Why does Parks and Recreation have registration deadlines?
Our deadlines enable us to secure coaches, create balanced teams, schedule games and practicies, schedule staff, and order equipment.
What is your waiting list policy?
We utilize a waiting list policy when a program is at capacity or after the registration deadline is passed. We make every effort to accommodate participants on the waiting list, but not all will be able to play.
