Welcome to Online Bill Pay! This service is free to City of Craig customers. It’s secure and easy to use. To begin, click on the link below and fill out the required information.  Payments of up to $2,000.00 per account will be accepted.  Payments may take 24-48 hours to post to accounts.  Recurring payments on quarterly accounts will be deducted the month in which the billing statement is generated.When making a manual online payment, step 3 (confirm payment), click the “pay total due” button only once. After your payment processes, you will be shown a confirmation number. Processing time may vary depending on the speed of your internet connection. If you press the “pay total due” button more than one time on step 3, your credit card will be processed for each transaction. Please contact our office immediately at (970) 826-2005 if you believe you made a duplicate transaction.If your account is delinquent, or you have received a disconnect notice, do not pay your bill online; please stop by our office at 300 W 4th Street. or call (970) 826-2005.
