What is a Special Event Permit? 
Special Event Permits issued by the Colorado Department of Revenue, Liquor Enforcement Division, and/or a local liquor licensing authority, allow qualified non-profit entities or political candidates to sell, serve, or distribute alcohol beverages in connection with fund raising events.

LIQUOR LICENSE 
   
Liquor licenses grant a retailer the right to sell a particular type of alcohol under specific terms. Liquor licenses may specify that a store can sell beer and wine only or that it can sell hard liquor. Generally, a liquor license is issued for only a specific period of time and must be regularly renewed.

You MUST schedule an appointment with the City Clerk, Liz White at (970)826-2008 or the Deputy City Clerk, Gina Duran at (970) 826-2010, prior to completing any of the documents below.
